Morning arrival in Saskatoon. Arrival transfer to the hotel. Afternoon brief guided sightseeing tour of Saskatoon including a stop at the 9 Mile Legacy Brewing, one of Saskatoon’s flagship experiences, for a quick tour, their bento box experience and flight tasting in the taproom. Drive to the Remai Modern Gallery – a building designed to be animated with art and create transformative experiences. The striking new museum sits on the banks of the South Saskatchewan River, offering intimate spaces, dramatic expanses, and stunning views of the South Saskatchewan River and prairie skies. Evening at the JUNOS (tickets included).
Breakfast at the Living Sky Cafe. Then short drive to Wanuskewin Heritage Park, a National Historic Site located 5km north from Saskatoon. Lunch at Wanuskewin - done indoors at this time of year) and incredible experience with Chef Jenni Lessard at the helm of everything. Drive to the Black Fox Distillery to spend time with Barbara and John Cote, creators of the world’s best cask gin and recognized as Saskatchewan and Canada’s Outstanding Young Farmers, by the national and provincial Institutes of Agrology and the Saskatchewan Ag Grads Association. In 2018, they were awarded Entrepreneur of the Year by Saskatoon Achievement in Business Excellence.On our drive back to Saskatoon centre, we will stop at the Crossmount Cidery to sample their three varieties of signature blend that were launched in the spring of 2016 and the two blends that were launched over the following months. You will sample the Flatlander Gold, Flatlander Dry, the Flatlander Crisp, the Citri-Hopped, and the blend named Cider & Black. Free time and then evening beer and dinner tacos at one of Saskatoon’s award-winning Young Entrepreneur restaurants- the Shelter Brewery Pub

Breakfast is included this morning at your hotel followed by a mid-morning start for a spa day! Less than 2 hours’ drive to the Manitou Hot Springs. Dinner at the Ayden Restaurant founded by Top Chef Canada Winner Chef Dale Mackay alongside seasoned restaurateurs and mixologist Christopher Cho and Chef Nathan Guggenheimer. The restaurant is an Air Canada's enRoute 'People's Choice' award winner, as well as a winner at Saskatchewan's largest culinary event – the Prairie Feast Festival.
