Some of the best activities to enjoy include boating, swimming, water-skiing, windsurfing and fishing. As well, you can golf at one of the many golf courses nine months out of the year. The surrounding area is also home to many stunning wineries and orchards. Make sure to stock up on freshly picked BC fruit!

Day 9 - Sun Peaks

Miles above the meeting place of the North and South Thompson rivers lays the mountain community of Sun Peaks. The air is comfortably cooler and carries a note of adventure. Day 12 - Sea to Sky Gondola & Britannia Mine Museum

Today you make the journey from Whistler to Vancouver, which is filled with adventure. The first stop takes you to the Sea to Sky Gondola, where a ten-minute ride transports you to 885 meters above sea level. From here, soak in views of Howe Sound, dense coastal forests, and majestic mountains. At the summit, outdoor experiences awaits, from interpretive walking trails to the Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge. Next, delve into the rich history of British Columbia at the Britannia Mine Museum, once a bustling mining site and now a renowned museum.
